That reminds me of something: I remember in kindergarten the teacher said she had a picture of someone very special and super important inside a small box, and passed it around for everyone to see. Inside was a mirror. I was almost the first one to get it, and coincidentally I had a cutout picture of a G.I. Joe character in my pocket.
After it had been passed around the teacher asked, “So whose picture was it?” only to hear the entire class yell “G. I. Joe!” She looked inside the box, and the picture had fallen out or been taken, so she just looked back like, “WTF!?”
"…the Hot takes the same turbojet-forced-through-a-window-crack airflow technology found in the original Air Multiplier and adds two traditional ceramic heating elements to the sides of the hoop. With the heat element added, [it is] capable of actively changing the climate of a room, as opposed to moving around the air that’s already present."
1) Why doesn’t the dashboard show the dates of posts?
EDIT (4/1/2012): Yay they added this in the newest UI update! :)
2) Why is there a Preferences *and* a Settings? Does it have something to do with people that choose to have more than one blog, so each one could have different settings? If so, I still feel like there’s a better way to go about doing it and merge Preferences and Settings into one Settings page (maybe different tabs for each blog in the new Settings page?).
3) I don’t see the point in the separate personal tumblelog page (http://www.tumblr.com/tumblelog/username) and public page (http://username.tumblr.com/). I would prefer the public page to be replaced with the personal tumblelog page when I’m logged in and viewing it (so I still have access to all of the right-side links and the ability to make a new post within my tumblelog), with a button at the top to “View Profile As Visitor” to see how public viewers would see it (much like Facebook/Google+).
4) Compete with Pinterest, add categories and you’re golden.
Overall, navigation seems very unintuitive, clunky, and requires too much clicking around. KISS.
